We hope that you are having a terrific Fall season! We would like to update you on some Homeowners Association Business.
1. The proposed 2014 budget has been posted on our website and will be mailed out to you. We were able to keep the dues the same as last year at only$330.
2. The 2014 ballot has also been posted to our website and will be mailed with the proposed budget. The ballots are due by Sunday, November 24, 2013.
We currently have two candidates running for a position on the board. Each candidate submitted a campaign letter which has been posted to our website and will be mailed.
