WelcomeWelcome to the Millbrook Online Community. This website is for the Millbrook Homeowner's Association located in Rockland, Massachusetts. This website has been established to provide Millbrook residents with information regarding the Millbrook development and will be updated frequently.

Annual dues invoices will be mailed in December. The amount of $375 will be due by February 1 and can be paid the following ways:
- Venmo @Millbrook-Homes (Please make your payment private and include your address in the payment/notes section for tracking purposes) Phone digits associated with account are 2482. Do not pay as a business because we are charged fees.
- Drop a check (no cash) at 9 Split Boulder Road (ensure address is in memo)
- Mail a check to the HOA at the address below (ensure home address is in memo)

Delinquent Accounts: The neighbors listed on this page owe their Homeowners Association Dues.
NOTE: A spot on the board opens up each year. Contact the board if you wish to run for a position.
If you are a Millbrook homeowner and need a 6D Certificate to either sell or refinance your home, contact the BOD at Millbrook.email@example.com Dues must be up to date. The cost is $50 for document preparation, notary public, and forwarding to a closing attorney. The fee is paid directly to our attorney.
