Vote Results
1. The proposed 2012 budget was approved.
2. Mark DiNino was voted in for another 3 year term and has agreed to serve
as the board President.
3. Option 1 to replace the playground equipment was approved.

- 2012 Dues of $330 are due by February 28, 2011 to avoid a $50 late fee. Invoices will be mailed shortly. If you have not received your invoice, mail payment to Millbrook Homeowners Association, PO box 850819, Braintree, MA 02185. Call 781-356-8050 to have your information updated if needed.
- The 2011 Budget, Report, and Ballot have been posted. Read them here.
- Delinquent Accounts: The neighbors listed on this page owe their 2011 Homeowners Association Dues. First bills were issued in January 2011 and were due by February 28, 2011. There have been monthly follow up notices. There have also been offers of help to anyone in a difficult situation and still no response.

NOTE: A spot on the board opens up each year. Contact the board if you wish to run for a position.
If you are a Millbrook homeowner and need a 6D Certificate to either sell or refinance your home, contact the Treasurer at treasurer@millbrookonline.com Dues must be up to date. The cost is $50 for document preparation, notary public, and forwarding to a closing attorney. The fee is paid directly to our attorney Susan Pieri.
