1. Real estate signs are allowed on the weekends which is Friday at dawn until Sunday at dusk.
2. Yard sale signs are allowed on the day of the sale and must be removed at the end of the sale.
3. Association business and event postings are allowed.
4. No contractor or service provider signs. No charity events signs. No political signs.
5. No postings on the walls or the fences.
6. Signs must be in the grass area and not in the landscape beds or the sidewalks.
Any signs that do not fit this criteria will be removed.
