The Association Board and the Park Committee want to thank everyone who paid their dues and park assessment which made the park project a HUGE success!
Unfortunately, there are still some neighbors who have not yet taken any responsibility for payment. Notice was giving back in December of 2011 with a deadline of May 31, 2012, with monthly notices issued. The names and addresses of these people will be posted on our website shortly after Labor Day and will also be submitted to our attorney for collection. If the attorney cannot collect then she will take these homeowners to small claims court for which we have never lost a case. If the court order to pay is refused, then a lien will be placed on the property that negatively affects the credit of the homeowner. From that point the court fees, attorney fees, and accumulating interest will far exceed what the cost of the dues were. No sale or refinancing transactions can take place without the lien being settled.
If you owe dues and/or the park assessment, avoid the costly and timely process of collections and contact ECratchit right away to arrange payment. Call 781-356-8050. We are more than willing to work with anyone who is willing to take care of their responsibility.
We are very pleased that the park is being used every day and that people are once again meeting and greeting in the park.
