The Millbrook Homeowners Association Board of Directors is preparing to distribute the ballot and 2015 annual budget to be voted upon.
We would like to remind you that the BOD is looking to expand the number of board members from 3 to 5. This allows for 3 spots to be open this year. I, Mark DiNino, will be running for one of the spots since my 3 year term is ending. Anyone who is interested in running for a position, please contact the BOD at millbrookbod@millbrookonline.com If these spots are not filled or if there is no interest, the BOD will remain at 3 members.
There has been some concern about who counts the ballots. The BOD is asking for an objective volunteer to collect the votes and count them. If you are willing to help, please contact us at millbrookbod@millbrookonline.com as soon as possible. We hope to distribute the ballots next week with the instructions as to where to submit the ballots. If no one comes forward this week, the BOD will have no choice but to count the votes ourselves as we always have.
