We would like to thank everyone who has paid their special assessment fee of $275 early.
The collection process is going very well. Just a reminder that the fee is due by May 31, 2012, to avoid a late fee of $50. If you have not already, please remit your payment to Millbrook Homeowners Association PO Box 850819, Braintree, MA 02185 or call 781-356-8050 to make payment arrangements.
If all continues to go well with the weather and collections, we hope to start construction by mid to late June.
The completed project is going to be spectacular! Many of the kids in the neighborhood are VERY EXCITED about the new park!
