We would like to give you a quick update for our Homeowners Association delinquent accounts.
First of all, thank you to all of you who have taken responsibility to pay the dues. It is because of you that we are able to maintain the integrity of our neighborhood that allows us to have tremendous pride in Millbrook.
Visit http://www.millbrookonline.net/delinquent-accounts/ to view the updated list of names and addresses of the neighbors who are choosing to not to take responsibility for their dues. All these accounts have been turned over to our attorney for collections.
Know that every reasonable effort has been made to connect with these individuals to collect what they owe. If you know any of these neighbors, consider reaching out to them and ask them to take responsibility.
