Greetings Neighbors,
We would like to thank everyone who has paid their 2015 homeowners association dues. Your contribution allows us all to benefit from a well maintained and desirable neighborhood.
The delinquent list for 2015 will be posted on our website by name, address, and amount owed during the first week of July. At that point, these homeowners will be turned over to our attorney for collections including the dues of $345, late fee of $50, 18% interest, and a $75 attorney fee.
If you owe dues, you can pay online right now at www.millbrookonline.com . If you need information on your balance, contact ECratchit at 781-356-8050. Note that fees will not be waived and that the balance was due February 28, 2015. This provided sufficient time to take responsibility for the dues.
