If anyone wishes to run for a board position, write your name into the ballot sheet. We have been offering the position all year long since via email and posting on our website. There were NO responses.
Hard copies of the budget and ballot are being mailed to each household. Please submit your ballot as soon as possible. The ballot states that they are due by Sunday, November 18, 2012. It was our intention to submit the documents earlier in the month.
If there are any questions or comments, email email@example.com . Do NOT write comments on the ballots. We plan to scan these documents in and it will look unprofessional if less than positive comments are written on the ballots.
We would like to remind/inform the neighbors that the board members are are volunteer neighbors paying the same dues as everyone else. The board members are doing the best they can with the time they have. Anyone who is displeased with the operations of the association is welcome to run for a position on the board and run the association any way they see fit.
